Yes. Deactivate the license on the old site by going to KodaPress > Settings and clicking Disconnect. Then activate it on the new site with the same license key.
Use the contact form with the subject "Technical Issue" and include as much detail as possible: WordPress version, PHP version, the steps to reproduce, and any error messages.
